Ginger Lemongrass IPA Vinegar was inspired by our collaboration with Black Pug Brewing and captures the bright, citrusy essence of lemongrass balanced with the warm spice of ginger and a touch of malty sweetness. Similar to lime juice but with greater depth, it offers a clean, vibrant flavor. We added more fresh ginger from local farms during the vinegar fermentation to really pack in the flavor. Assertively ginger-flavored, citrusy, clean, and bright, this vinegar elevates every dish it touches.

Maine Ale Vinegar begins with Allagash 16 Counties, a beer brewed with grains exclusively grown and processed in Maine.
