We offer a variety of fresh Maine seafood! Come check out our Mere Point Oysters, hand dug littleneck clams, shrimp cocktail, Maine grown mussels and more. We look forward to seeing you!

Sip & Shuck

Mere Point will provide you with knives, gloves, trays, towels and all other accoutrements necessary to facilitate the lesson. Merch available for purchase until 7:30pm following the lesson.

Hour-long shuck session includes:

⁃ Shucking Instructions and Q&A on all things oysters!

⁃ A half dozen oysters that were grown right in Brunswick

⁃ A pint of beer or glass of wine to pair perfectly

⁃ Take home your shucking knife and glove so you’ll be ready for your next party!

Please arrive 15 minutes before the event to check-in and get properly outfitted.

Oysters, Wine and Future Terroirs

Enjoy a class taught by guests of Mere Point Oysters and Sommelier Russell Hewey on the terroir of oysters and its relationship to classic wine pairings. This class will feature a flight of three 2-oz pours paired with oysters served on the half shell. How will the future of Maine’s seafood industry be affected by climatic changes? And, how does terroir play a role? Limited seating available. Must be 21+ to participate.
