Order before 12pm for same day pickup (Mon-Fri)

Overnight UPS orders go out at noon (Mon-Thurs). Any shipments ordered after noon will be shipped the following day. Friday orders will be shipped on Monday.

Please note, we do not ship Friday or Saturday

Oysters are fresh in the fridge for 10-12 days after harvest.

Farmers Market Pre-Order Options

These items are available for Saturday farmers market pick up only (8:30am-12:30pm @ Crystal Springs Farm, Brunswick, ME). Orders must be placed by midnight on Wednesdays in order for us to place our order with Harbor Fish Market
