2 lbs. Raw Shrimp
2-3 TBS Cajun Seasoning
1/2 cup chopped parsley or cilantro
2 TBS Olive Oil

Peel, de-vein and rinse your shrimp. Coat the shrimp in olive oil and dust with cajun seasoning. Saute in a hot skillet for about 3-4 minutes or grill for 1-2 minutes on each side. Toss with fresh herbs and serve.
